TestVonics started in 1995. In the beginning as a repair shop for air data test sets.

Through out the 1990's TestVonics supported the TTU-205 test set, performing repairs and calibrations and designing a variety of support equipment. In 2001, the team started development on a modernization for the TTU-205 family of test sets. It featured a new circuit board and PC software which has revolutionized the way the TTU-205 is tested, repaired and calibrated. In 2003, the TTU-205J standardization program was rolled out by the USAF and currently over 1,200 units worldwide have been modified to the "J" configuration.

TestVonics has the most extensive background and experience in the TTU-205 family of air data testers. We are currently the only supplier for the TTU-205J Pressure Temperature Test Set for the United States Air Force. TestVonics has upgraded over 1,200 USAF TTU-205's through the TTU-205J Standardization Program. In addition, we have developed a full line of Service Life Extension and Support equipment which have been implemented throughout commercial and military organizations around the globe.

TestVonics has designed and developed a new line of Air Data Test Sets (ADTS) and Air Data Calibrators (ADC). Our flexible design and common module approach, allow our Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) equipment to be modified to fit most customer requirements. This provides high cost savings and enhanced logistical support benefits for almost any program.
