TestVonics ADC-2500 Series Air Data Calibrator is a high accuracy air data management system capable of controlling and measuring altitude and airspeed pressure to the highest degree of accuracy. The control and measurement range of the test system meets or exceeds most requirements for commercial and military test applications and fully complies with Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) requirements. The ADC-2500 performs multiple test and calibration routines and can be used as a secondary calibration standard for air data instrumentation and test equipment.
The ADC-2500 features a high resolution 10.4” Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display Test information such as set points, warnings, accuracy tolerance and Pass or Fail criteria are displayed using digital pressure indication and pressure error graphs. All test functions can be executed manually or automatically through the included IEEE-488 controller. A major advantage of the ADC-2500 design is the ability to easily adapt to various test applications. The ADC-2500 design allows for the capability to adapt to future testing applications.
As a secondary standard the ADC-2500 can measure, graph and record tolerance and accuracy errors. This data can be printed for maintenance and calibration reports and quality assurance records or stored within the unit. For US Air Force PMEL and Airframe customers who maintain TTU-205 test sets, the ADC-2500 model includes embedded Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC) which provides fully automated TTU-205 calibrations while maintaining performance and accuracy reports. |
