TestVonics ECC A2 Printed Circuit Board (PCB) replaces the current TTU-205 A2 and A5 Printed Wiring Boards. This new board does not affect the TTU-205's firmware. There is no need to change the operational and/or functional test procedures for Flight Line test requirements. ECC uses the same operational firmware for manual operation of the tester. The new A2 PCB allows a PC, meeting the minimum system requirements, to control all aspects of TTU-205 functions including enhanced calibrations using TestVonics ECC Software.

The A2 PCB can be installed in less than 15 minutes and eliminates the need for soldering and jumper straps. ECC is a “plug and play" solution that improves accuracy and provides RVSM compliance for the TTU-205. Each Test Set upgraded with Enhanced Calibration Capability A2 PCB needs to be marked with new plates and decals.

TestVonics Upgrade Decal and Marking Set (avaialble separately) provides the necessary plates and decals needed to identify the newly upgraded test set. The kit includes one (1) Test Set with Enhanced Calibration Capability Front Panel Plate, three (3) large case identification decals, and two (2) small case identification decals. An upgrade kit is required for every TTU-205/FLMTS upgraded. When upgraded the FLMTS becomes a FLMTS-ECC and all other upgradeable testers become TTU-205J's.
