TestVonics Maintenance and Calibration Test Stand (MCTS) features many ergonomic benefits designed specifically to assist the military and commercial labs when calibrating, troubleshooting, or transporting the TTU-205 test set or FLMTS. The MCTS has rotating mounting arms designed precisely to the dimensions of the TTU-205 front panel.

The test stand is also equipped with wheels allowing for easy transport to different areas within the shop. The MCTS is the perfect tool for supporting repairs, retrofits, and calibrations. The MCTS was designed with user safety in mind with its lightweight and durable construction. Technician safety is increased by limiting the amount of times operators are required to lift the tester. The internal damage to assemblies is also reduced from drops or other mishandling.

The MCTS provides easy access to all TTU-205 components including the A1 to A5 Circuit Cards. When mounted on the stand the TTU-205 rests on two solid aluminum arms. Each arm is designed with rubber pads to reduce noise and eliminate vibration. In addition, the arms are equipped with precision ball bearings which enable the user to swivel the unit 360 with no binding whatsoever. The arms are equipped with spring loaded locking pins providing the user the option of locking the unit every 45° for ease of access.
