| Enhanced Calibration Capability |
| TestVonics ECC Program is currenlty being used to standardize all TTU-205D/FG//H models to the TTU-205J configuration. This upgrade includes TestVonics ECC A2 Printed Circuit board which offers enhanced RVSM calibrations and eliminates the need for all soldering and jumper straps on the A3 & A4 Printed Wiring Boards. The FLMTS can also be upgraded with ECC. |

| TTU-205 Interface Set |
| The TTU-205 Interface Set (formerly know as the TTU-205 Calibration Lab Kit) contains all the required software and hardware for automatic TTU-205/D/F/H calibrations. Using PC or ECC Controller, the test software automatically controls the TTU-205 to the desired set point, acquires the measured set reading, enters/records the reading, compares to acceptable accuracy tolerance and plots results graphically. |

| A1 Enhanced I/O PCB |
| The TTU-205 and FLMTS highest failure item is the A1 Input/Output Printed Wiring Board (Part No. 17910013050). To eliminate this problem and increase overall system reliability TestVonics has designed a form, fit, and functional replacement for the current A1 PWB. The new enhanced printed circuit board is designed to safeguard the TTU-205 circuits from short circuits, isolate fault problems, and increase system reliability. The A1 PCB provides enhanced reliability and repairability and features. |

| A2 ECC PCB |
| TestVonics ECC A2 Printed Circuit Board (PCB) replaces the current TTU-205 A2 and A5 Printed Wiring Boards. This new board does not affect the TTU-205's firmware. There is no need to change the operational and/or functional test procedures for Flight Line test requirements. ECC uses the same operational firmware for manual operation of the tester. The new A2 PCB allows a PC, meeting the minimum system requirements, to control all aspects of TTU-205 functions including enhanced calibrations using TestVonics ECC Software. |

| TTU-205 Maintenance & Calibration Test Stand (MCTS) |
| TestVonics Maintenance and Calibration Test Stand (MCTS) features many ergonomic benefits designed specifically to assist the military and commercial labs when calibrating, troubleshooting, or transporting the TTU-205 test sets and the FLMTS. The MCTS has rotating mounting arms designed precisely to the dimensions of the TTU-205 front panel. It allows full access to all assemblies and enables the user to swivel the unit a full 360° and allow the use to lock the unit at 45° increments for ease of access. |

| TTU-205 Flight Line Cart (FLC) |
| TestVonics TTU-205 Flight Line Cart (FLC) is designed to protect the TTU-205 against damage. Many TTU-205 units are damaged through daily mishandling due to the test sets weight and various handling procedures. The FLC avoids operators from having to lift the tester. It also provides for easy transportation from the tool crib to the aircraft. |
