Calibration Services
TestVonics offers calibration services for various Air Data Test Equipment. Our ADCS-601-AF is used to check the static pressure calibration of Pt and Ps range pressure transducers with very low measurement uncertainty. It covers the pressure range of 1 to 380 kPa (0.3 to 120 inHg) in absolute and gauge modes with fully automated operation. TestVonics also operates a Ruska 2456A Dead Weight Tester as well as several secondary standards including the ADC-2500 and PPCM.
Repair & Overhaul Services
TestVonics provides overhaul, repair and reconditioning services for TTU-205, FLMTS, PPCM, and a variety of other air data test sets and even parts. Overhauls services feature a complete teardown inspection; where assemblies are stripped down, overhauled, and/or replaced with new assemblies and then calibrated and certified (if applicable).
TestVonics Training Courses
TestVonics offers personalized training courses at our calibration and repair center located in Peterborough, NH. In addition, TestVonics also offers on-site training for maintenance organizations and repair facilities. Customized training courses include theory, maintenance and repair, calibration, troubleshooting techniques, and specialized system level training.
Calibrations
TestVonics can calibrate the TTU-205C/E, D, F, G, H, and J Test Sets as well as Kollsman PPCM and King Nutronics 3682 and 3688. We have a state of the art Fluke / DHI ADCS-601 Calibrator and a Ruska 2465A Dead Weight Tester as well as several other secondary standards. Call today for pricing information and an RMA number.
Repair & Overhaul Services
We can repair any TTU-205, from the C/E all the way up to the TTU-205J. We have more knowledge and stock more parts than anyone. Call us today for shipping instructions and to receive an RMA number prior to shipment.
Have a test set that you would like to use that is in a state disrepair? When the unit comes in we can do a complete teardown inspection and quote you what is needed to get it back up and running. We charge a fee for the teardown and inspection report, however the fee is waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair.

Know what's wrong with your test set, but need a part? TestVonics stocks the largest TTU-205 inventory on the globe. Parts are readily available for the TTU-205C/E, TTU-205D, F, G, H and TTU-205J testers as well as the PPCM.
