TestVonics Air Data Test Sets

TestVonics line of Air Data Calibrators are high accuracy air data management systems capable of controlling and measuring altitude and/or airspeed pressure to the highest degree of accuracy. The control and measurement range of the test system meets or exceeds most requirements for commercial and military test applications and fully complies with Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) requirements. The other notable feature of these calibrators is that they allow for expandability and customization through hardware and software add-ons.

ADTS-3300 Series Air Data Test Sets

TestVonics Air Data Test System, the ADTS-3300, is a high precision portable Air Data Pressure Management System. The tester is designed to calibrate, test and troubleshoot Air Data instrumentation and/or Aircraft Pitot-Static Systems. TestVonics has designed the ADTS-3000 to withstand the harsh environmental and rough handling conditions for the flight line, hanger or ramp environment. The ADTS-3300 is currently set to replace TestVonics ADTS-2800 Series.

TTU-205 Series Pressure-Temperature Test Sets / Flight Line Maintenance Test Sets

The TTU-205 Series Pressure-Temperature Test Sets are ruggedized, self-contained flightline test sets used to accurately simulate in-flight pressure conditions by precisely controlling and measuring Altitude (Ps)and Airspeed (Pt) pressure to the aircrafts pitot-static system. TestVonics sells the entire line of TTU-205 test sets including the C/E, D, F, G, H, and J. TestVonics is currently the only supplier for the TTU-205J test set.

ADTS-2800 Series Air Data Test Sets (replaced by ADTS-3300)

The tester is designed to calibrate, test and troubleshoot Air Data instrumentation and/or Aircraft Pitot-Static Systems. TestVonics has designed the ADTS-2800 to withstand the harsh environmental and rough handling conditions for the flight line, hanger or ramp environment. The ADTS-2800 has been phased out and the ADTS-3300 Series has replaced it. TestVonics will continue to provide support the ADTS-2800 Series.
