DVD Training Programs
In response for the demand for on-site training, TestVonics has developed a DVD Training Program. The first series released covers the TTU-205 and TTU-205J Pressure-Temperature Test Set. It covers installation of the TTU-205J Retrofit kit, initialization of the new hardware using Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC) or the ADC-2500 Air Data Calibrator, installation of the pump Service life Extension kit (SLEK), and then an entire DVD with individual videos for repair and troubleshooting for the many TTU-205 problems. The troublehsooting video DVD contains sorted video clips (see sample screenshot of video below) of each component so users can easily go directly to a video or selected component. TestVonics Training Programs
TestVonics Incorporated offers personalized training at our calibration and repair center located in Peterborough, New Hampshire. In addition, on-site training is also available to our customers. Customized training courses include theory, maintenance and repair, calibration, troubleshooting techniques, and specialized TTU-205 system level training. courses are run when there are enough attendees.
ADC-2500 Series Air Data Calibrator Training
This course provides technicians with training in operation, calibration, and verification of the proper operation and performance of the ADC-2500 Series Air Data Calibrators. User will also learn how to calibrate the TTU-205 using ADC-ECC or other test sets using the ADC-2500 software.

TTU-205J Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC) Training
This course provides technicians with training in operation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and verification of the proper operation and performance of the TTU-205J Pressure-Temperature Test Set featuring TestVonics Enhanced Calibration Capability (ECC).

TTU-205 Maintenance, Repair, and Calibration Training
This course provides training on how to quickly isolate problems with the TTU-205 pneumatics and electronics systems. This course includes a review of the TTU-205 theory of operation, as well as hands on system level troubleshooting training. An in-depth review of how the transducers, servo valves, pump, and other sub-systems interact through the servo phase lock loop. Technicians are trained on the latest adjustment, diagnostic, and measure techniques for heater circuit, servo gain and stability adjustments.
